Much Experience does PartyWorks Have?
PartyWorks has the longest running history of providing interactive entertainment in the North West. Since 1988 our experiences have helped us to shape our company so that we can provide you the best entertainment, with outstanding service and an overall excellent experience with your event. Here are some of the questions that we are often asked, and answers that reflect how we stand apart from the competition.
Does PartyWorks Carry Insurance. Our motto is we are “Serious about Fun” but we are also serious about our safety & responsibility to our clients and staff. Should anything unexpected occur during an event we carry full insurance coverage. Our professional liability insurance covers all of our events and for peace of mind, we can add any organization or company as an additional insured on to our policy for their event. Because we hire our own employees to staff events, we also carry State required Workers’ Compensation Insurance to protect our customers & employees. Not all companies “employ” their staffing and cannot or do not provide the same level of protection and training for them and you.
How can I know if I am getting the Best Price? We offer a “Best Price Guarantee” when you are shopping for your event. We will compare (apples to apples) and provide you with our Best Price Guarantee. Don’t be fooled by cheaper rates that have a whole group of attached costs when all is said and done. At PartyWorks we provide you with straight forward pricing that includes staffing on most of our items, and we also provide you with the flexibility of “Will Call” pricing on many of our items so that you can stay within your budget.
How far in advance should I reserve my Equipment? PartyWorks has one of the largest owned inventories of Interactive Entertainment Equipment in the Northwest! We pride ourselves in being able to provide you with the entertainment you desire for your event and will make every effort to help you reserve what you need, when you need it! As soon as you know what kind of Outrageous Entertainment you want, give us a call and we’ll hook you up!
Yes! PartyWorks is proud to offer experienced staffing to handle your event. Most of our entertainment equipment is priced including at least one staff person*. At the time of reservation we will discuss your staffing needs and the options available. *Some of our smaller items are Will Call only and staffing is not provided.
PartyWorks has a large fleet of company owned and insured vehicles. This enables us to operate more efficiently and provide timely delivery and setup for your events. Delivery is determined by the zip code of the event location. Just tell us where you need us and we’ll be there. No distance is too far!
How do I pay for my Entertainment Rentals? We offer you a variety of forms of payment for your event. We are happy to accept cash, personal checks, company checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We will also do phone orders for your convenience. We offer you the ability to pay a deposit on your equipment rentals to secure the best items to fit your event as far in advance as you want!
Do you work with Non-Profits and other Charitable Organizations? Yes! PartyWorks believes in giving back to the community. Not only do we support charitable causes, we provide special package pricing for your non-profit, fundraising or school events. Our goal is to partner with as many non-profit organizations as we can to help them be as successful as possible!
